Returns
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Contact us first so we can send instructions; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size, color or style? Let us know within 14 days and we’ll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

- Personalized or engraved items
- Mezuzah scrolls and other sacred texts once opened
- Gift cards
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
